They can and we fully support it, but most don't do the work needed to generated their own leads.

What's that work, can you buy your leads and build you own lead generation system at the same time? Do you help agents with that?

Most don't have the risk tolerance to do PPC, as it takes time to ramp up. They often choose to go the SEO route. Most think it is as easy as putting up a site and writing some articles and boom...leads. It's not. Rarely does anyone do the actual work to rank a site...I would guess 1 in 10 agents that commits to a plan gets beyond their first 5 articles. 1 in 100 gets beyond 100 articles.
Once they figure out how much work SEO really is, or risky PPC is for a novice, they just buy leads from us at our costs and sells them thru our processes and we in effect become their marketing department.
Comparing online sales to f-f it would seem like with the proper system one could and should make as much if not more money once they get into the flow, do you find that's the case, what's your system initial

If you have the proper leads & systems in place then yes. But it takes a decent investment & requires a full time effort.
