Any MGAS Offering More Than 9% Comp?

I have an agency of 30+ agents . we are one of the top if not the top Producing agency in our state for UHC medicare business generating over 500 first week of AEP alone so far. We are looking to add obamacare in states like Florida and GA.

So far i have been offered 9% . Are there any MGAs FMOS etc that can offer me 10% for UHC Golden Rule and Assurant?

I'm at 27.5% but that's with a 3 month advance. Probably could get 35% without advance.

Yeah, but they just pay you extra becasue they know you need to buy that high dollar "jet" fuel..

Assurant's Tier 3 commission is 10%, they don't hand it out easily ($1M in proven production).

With 30 agents why do you need an MGA anyway?
