Anybody Know this Guy?

Thanks for the question! We haven't seen any limitations with our Facebook Leads and we currently generate and have generated a lot of successful leads in Texas, Georgia, and Florida. You can find a recorded interview from a $6,000-$8,000/week FE producer that only does DM Leads, but now loves our Facebook leads even more. YouTube Channel: Secure Agent Mentor

Welcome to the forum now tell me all the bad stuff about you lol this place I swear

Haha Thanks for the welcome.
Hopefully, no bad. I'll be very transparent.

You had one of the best producing agents that could have given you a testimonial in Florida. Yet you could not deliver more than 5. It did sound like they were good though.

If you can't do Florida,"and don't know why", you maybe can't do other tough states. You have not tested them all over, per your own admission.

It just appears these are limited and that should be talked about, especially since you require the agents to go under you and be on fixed DM.

So you say. You also had 140 contracts.

Welcome to the forum!

Tell us about the limitations of your facebook leads ?

Can you do tough states like Florida, Texas, Georgia, etc. ?

We generate 10 leads per week for 1 agent in 1 county and have for about 6 weeks now. Also, we've generated as many as 50 leads in 4-5 days for 1 agent in 1 area.

This thread is a perfect example that no matter what you do there are going to be people coming out of the woodwork picking it apart. Usually competitors but also poop stirring forum junkies.

I'm a competitor to Michael. Don't know him in any way. Don't profit from him selling leads in any way. But I'm here to tell you, that's a good offer. $10 Facebook leads (if they are the good quality ones and it sounds like they are). He's putting his terms on the table. To get those at that price you have to go under him. No deception. It is what it is.

The ONLY thing in his offer that I would want more info on is the "street level" contracts. Street level is a slang term that can be used to hide contract levels. Always compare numbers. Never assume. Get the exact commission grids in writing (first year and renewal) from every agency that you are considering.

But assuming that he starts agents at the 115-120 levels, I can definitely say if you are getting contracted under EFES anyway it would definitely be a no brainer to take his offer. That is a loss leader folks. I would bet that it will be off the table at some time in the future. A GUARANTEE that you will make 10X your investment. There is a reason why no one else is giving that.

Makes me think someone could sell a brand new BMW on here for $1,000 to every contracted agent and there would be 30 people come out of the woodwork saying Ugly Color.
