Ok. I think I need to try something. Having 3000 paper leads just is too difficult to manage. Time to enter 2014.

I have been using Velocify. Its nice that the info auto populates into the software on purchased and transferred leads. It also keeps up with conversion rates, etc., I have been very happy with them so far.

ive been printing the lead out, and writing notes on it. 1st attempt time/did I leave a message, if reached, what sort of convo we had, what I quoted them...ive recently started sending mailers out to those I have not been able to reach and all new leads I get. I always Zillow the address (for home value), and I verify address/name/phone on advancebackgroundcheck dot com...it also gives me a few names of possible relatives to use as a feeder list when asking for referrals.(actually, haven't done that yet, but don't see why it wouldn't work)
I guess the most difficult part is dialing and reaching the lead, since im fairly new I don't have too many clients to call for reviews/bdays/ etc...

Try velocify..less than salesforce and will populate info from your lead source and includes email drip campaigns

InsideSales.com is the way to go! We tried several other CRM's and none come close to inside sales. Others have listed Sales Force, inside sales is their call center/power dialer solution.
