Which are all the insurer offering telematics policy in usa? Any guess?

Well, Progressive has been on the leading edge of UBI here in the US in Personal Lines. They've initiated several lawsuits to protect their "secret sauce" and methods. They've also recently partnered with a new TSP (telematics service provider) as a result of those suits.
