Wow, you guys must be working a LOT of leads... how many? 30, 40, 50 leads a week?
My experience is that unless you're just terrible on the phone or working a LOT of leads, an appointment setter is a good way of throwing money away!
Think about it! Does your appointment setter spend $20-$30 on each lead? Nope! So she won't treat each lead the way you will!

Completely agree here. We even use to set appts for agents and it wasn't even worth it on our end.

That's because most agents don't understand how to properly screen, train, and manage appointment setters so that they actually do their jobs efficiently and correctly.
Like selling, training and managing people is a long-term skill worth developing, especially if you have intentions to develop beyond a 20 lead a week agent.

I'd much rather spend the 400-500 a month on my appointment setter than me having to deal with it. I suck on the phone. I've learned along time ago, what you're not good at-farm out to someone who is.

??? Who are you talking to? I'm reading the Thread and can't figure out who you are directing this harsh comment to? Everyone is just giving their 2 cents on here. Isn't that what a Forum is for?
I didn't ask for opinions or what you think. If you want to help recommend someone I can use to set my appointments.
