it really depends on if you want to pay a buck fiddy to call someone who is pissed off because they have been called a million times or if you'd rather pay .05 to call someone who will probably hang the phone up on you. i'd go the cheaper route and make more money per yes.
at least on the 5 cent route these people haven't been lied to by a bunch of agents tryin to make a sell.
