At first it was a computer issue, "they are working on it" is what I get. Now they have telephone collections going after the Medicare adjusted portion of the bill.
Who do we file a complaint with?
I called 800-Medicare, got punted to "Quality of Care", punted to local SHIP. Waiting on their call.
