It's odd that they would only have the rates in select states. They are on there in Ohio at least...not sure of other states.

The screenshot I posted is Colonial Penn's rates (med supp for Bankers Life & Casualty) in CSG. Bankers Fidelity is also in there, although not in the photo.

(I doubt this is the case, but if using CSG as a benefit from an upline/organization, often they filter out companies. For Ohio, I pay CSG directly so that nothing gets filtered out.)
