Being Tasked with Starting a Lead Program- Suggestions?

Hello all,

Our FMO is interested in starting a lead program based off of production for our Life and Annuity advisors. Never being an advisor myself I have not dealt with any lead companies or am even very familiar with the costs of leads.

Can someone share their suggestions on amount of lead dollars awarded per production dollars generated?

Any other suggestions would be appreciated as well. Thanks

Wow! If my FMO had someone in charge of the lead program that has never sold insurance or dealt with any lead company... well I would know that my FMO loves me and I am in great hands.
