Best CRM????

I would like to start by stating I am an employee for the company I am about to recommend. AgentCubed is fast becoming a leader in the insurance CRM space. This cloud based solution is specific to the insurance industry. No need to build off a generic platform that caters to many industries. I would welcome you to check us out. We offer a very intelligent lead distribution model with skills based routing that looks at each agents ability to sell a specific product based on state and zip code licensing, and user defined qualifications. Integration to quoting, policy updates, telephony, Ivans feeds, on/off exchange, consent to contact and much more. We also offer real time reporting, analytics and dashboards. Check us out, you will be impressed.

Spoke to agent cubed again, and did webinar

they can do for individual but they were upgrading guess that's why they told me they couldn't previously

I love there system
They don't do everything I want but the core stuff they do far better then then others I've seen

they also can except leads from all my top vendors
The reporting is far superior

and of the things they don't do
I can easily work around
except for 1 thing (which they told me they might be able to work with me and might not will get back to me on)

The issue Is next year I am bringing in my wife to help with back office stuff and customer service send out bday and anniversary cards and such

I am willing to pay second membership fee for her
But they said they might not be able to support that

that as is she would not be able to access the system the same time as me
at this time

even if I paid a second membership all that would do is set her up with another system which would have to enter all info in 2 x

That does not work
and I really love this system above all the others
don't know if I can do it without having my wife allowed access at the same time as me though

would kind of defeat the purpose

So hopefully they get back to me with good news

We are using ACT! I've customized the layout, set it up to auto fill various forms, use it for lead generation and distribution, reporting, email marketing, b day / anniversary reminders, restricted contact access along with a whole lot more. I've looked at most of the CRM apps that are out there and hands down this was the best choice for us.

looks like Agent cubed is going to work with me

going to start up with them in Jan
only because there is too much going on right now
and the finances will be better then as well

I just need something to add my med supp clients to. So I can data mine for a specific company if it has a rate increase. But I don't sell many supps yet, so paying for something seems a waste for now.

Anything cheap that will do that?

If that's all your looking to do is pull up or sort clients by company (or anything else) and you're not looking to pay right now then Excel will easily do the job and more. Just throw up a filter and you're done.

I have read 100's of posts, and pretty much came to the conclusion that there is a crm for every type of agent, and I please need your input, I have being a Florida P&C agent now for almost 2 years, I have being using Insightly, excel, google drive to keep contacts and files, I do realize I need to choose a CRM now, but can't really figure one that is simple enough, this is what I "think" I should need, track commissions and renewals, keep contact info, tasks (follow ups), paperless folders and record/notes on customer conversations, should I have any other additional needs? based on your experience.
I don't really need it for prospecting or for dialer features, I found that not all homeowners carriers do downloads (manual or Ivans) so I will need to enter everything manually for most customers, it looks pretty tedious, don't see the reason why do I need to enter every little policy detail into it, I am referring specifically to QQ Catalyst, I have being trying it for a month, I am overwhelmed
I will love to hear from any homeowner focused P&C agents.

Look at Google Capsule. Its $10ish/month (depending on what you want). You can add the client, then "tags" The tags are whatever you want them to be.

So client Smith will have a tag of
Medicare
BCBS
Plan F

Then I can run a report for everyone with tags of BCBS Plan F when the rate increase hits

Are you able to customize the drop downs? What ability of customization do they support?

am doing a 30 day free trail and I like an insurance only CRM. I have used ACT, Sales Firce and Insightly but creating my fields etc has become a pain.
