Try join.me, it even sounds simple. I use it but also use GatherPlace which is not free.

Does join.me have a white board? If not it's over to Mikogo.

Mikogo is a great program and you can't beat the price. Also if selling insurance over the phone you can use Mikogo with your prospects as well.

I just used a program called teamviewer.com. VERY fast especially letting someone else take control of my computer.

However, you can't beat Mikogo beause they have the whiteboard.

Does Mikogo show movement of my desktop on their end fairly smoothly (cursor movement, animations)? I'm on RoadRunner Turbo ~10Mbs download and ~500Kbs upload.

join.me doesn't have a seperate white board but whatever you have on your screen you can share. So if speaking and pointing aren't enough bring up a draw program (Paint or Pain.NET) or MS Word. The free version of join.me includes:

• screen sharing
• chat
• remote control
• file transfer
• multi-monitor
• iPad/iPhone or Android viewer
