Cold Calling is powerful

Not me. They sell a policy on the phone then I come in and meet their client's F2F and replace it with a cheaper (less expensive) one.

I know, I know, FE telesales is Unicorns and F2F guys come in and ripe them all out along with all the LH and SL policies.

IMohsoHO and experience, being replaced is the Unicorn. And most of my stuff is by phone.

@WinoBlues I always look to see if its your name on the paper work... if it is I just look at the prospect and say, "I can't do any better for you, you've got the cream of the crop!" I give them a hug for you and head out to my next appointment. :wubclub:

Now if your name isn't on the paper work... well lets just say it might just be another story.

Even if they can replace it, they have to find it first. Most of my clients have never been called by another agent. It might be slightly more likely to happen when you write a direct mail respondent since they may be a serial mailer.
