Anyone know who this is?

I got another check today with no backup and I have no idea what this is for.

Not sure why these companies can't include something with their checks telling us what they are for. I guess they think we only write one carrier...

I think that one is Wellcare

It's for WellCare. Check your portal with them and you should see statements matching those amounts. After you receive your first check, call PaySpan (it's in their portal) to setup their direct deposit.

Thanks for the info on payscan.. I’m still getting checks and one of my wellcare checks went to a company down the road from my office that wholesales guns.
