CRM?

I use Radius Bob, works well for me and they just added an easy SOA function that I use 100% now.
$34/month I think

I am using 2, Radius for clients and another for leads, But what I am seeing with radius I may take some time to get customized and use them only next year

Def much improved

Redtail? Does it have any shortcomings?
It's not designed for insurance.
It won't calculate commissions.
If you want it to keep your emails between yourself and your clients you'll have to pay extra.
It's pricey compared to other CRMS.

But it's very powerful. It lets you create workflows in an "if this, then that" format.
It allows 15 users for the same price.
You can lock out users from seeing client data.
I could go on.

I'm using Radius as well.

Is anyone using an email tracker, as an extension to gmail, or a part of their current CRM? It really would be helpful to know when an email is opened, and I know there are several options for this tool, I dont mind paying for it, if it's reliable.
