Hi,

I'm going to do some cold calling. I sell mortgage term. Please recommend a source to purchase/rent a fresh list of new homeowners with phone numbers. I can scrub it against the DNC. I've heard that names usually cost around 8 cents a person. I saw a list at my old boss office but couldn't locate the source. He keep so many secrets of the business. Thank you in advance for your help.

Those would be businesses. I think he is looking for residential.
