Unless they're a violation of state employment rights and being dismissed for this reason is purely a discriminatory action.
The lawsuit will be huge.
The other bigger part of this story is that DR just fired his co-host Chris Hogan from the show. Chris had been having an affair with a married woman and Chris's wife told DR about it. Yet DR kept him on and sent him on his new book promotion tour. DR wanted a privacy waiver from marital counseling from Chris Hogan and his wife so that he and the board could read the therapist's notes. Chris's wife refused that and he spoke poorly about her onstage during a company conference because of it. This lawsuit is shady, sure, but they are requesting Hogan's personnel file to prove extra martial sex has not been an issue. This lawsuit is what got Hogan canned in the end when the matter saw the light of day.

The issue Ramsey will have with the law is that how you find out about someone is sleeping around. If they are monitoring their facebook postings while at work, may be they can get away. If it is based on checking out their body daily for pregnancy, it is unlikely courts will allow that. And the hard thing about these rules is that you have to apply them equally. Interesting things can come out if it goes to full trial. Ramsey is going to put all his past relationships on the court circus. He was selling his large mansion recently. I wonder if it is done for asset protection and he has moved his assets to a friendlier state.
Dave's standards vs societal standards. Let's see who wins in the court of public opinion. Dave is likely to win the battle but will lose the war. He can always fall back on being a celebrity author for the MLM industry.
Well we already know how much slack that audience is willing to cut people who support them financially.

If he did fire for having premarital sex would that mean all married employees would have to be virgins before marriage to be qualified for employment?
