Wondering if your agency takes Credit card payments and what company you use?

Correct, But I am talking in regards to your actual agency taking a credit card payment. we do travel where it may be convenient.

Also some carriers don't take Amex some of our local mutuals cant take credit cards.

Credit cards for like agency bill policies? Quick Books has cc option as well as bank transfer, with no monthly fees. cc fees around 3%, just pass them on. Real easy to invoice, and the options are all there.

I do. I charge Agency Fees on a Web Based Merchant Service. They charge 2.2%. Very easy to use. I do not use a physical machine since 99% of our transactions are over the phone. Here is the link: https://www.goemerchant.com
