Door hangers & postcards for not sold direct mail leads

Lately I have been training new agents and so I prefer to show them how to get good at door knocking first. Typically, I take 30 or more direct mail leads at a time and go door knock them. My goal is about 1500-2000 AP per 10 leads. When I’m done, there’s almost always meat left on the bone and in an ideal world, I give the remaining leads to a clean up agent to work.

If I had to choose one thing, I’d do nothing but knock for sure.
