Its not that its not on the formulary's, its not a Part D drug. And its FDA approved, so its 1 of 2 things:

1. Its super new and the plan finders aren't updated
2. Its a Part B drug

Call Alliance and ask them.

The drugs are Halcinonide and Vtama. Halcinonide is the generic of Halog, and Halog received FDA approval in 1982. Vtama approved in May, 2022

No idea about the NDC number. Who is Alliance?

Both meds are for eczema and extremely expensive, especially Vtama . . . a non-steroid approved for the treatment of plaque psoriasis

And both probably cost less than $1 to manufacture.
