Have a high income client t65 in April and he's on Dupixent for Eczema. Thought I'd reach out here to see if anyone has found a way to get the self injection medication covered by Medicare Part B.

If so, I'd love some input.

I've got the usual irons in the fire - talk to the doctor about an infusion, he makes too much for grants....he knows it may cost him $6k per year w/ donut hole so that is the default answer for now.

TIA

My friend takes Dupixent and the manufacturer pays for it or provides it free.

My friend's doctor applied for him.

The kicker is, the manufacturer provides it for low income users.

Your high income client isn't likely to qualify.

And, no. Medicare wouldn't cover it for my friend. Likely won't cover it for your client.
