CSG just launched an eSOA with Security Question Signature (think, Aetna's med supp e-app). Truly paperless / computerless. They want $150/yr for it, though.

I use the Medicareful platform and love it for eSOA. @craig_ritter - a security question sign option would be a really nice enhancement down the road.

I'll investigate and see what my carriers say about the process for securing the signature. If they're willing to go along with this, I don't see any reason we couldn't implement something similar in a future release! Thanks for the heads up!
