F Vs G and the Part B Deductible

Yep, aci announced "rate decreases" but really it's ahl (Aetna health and life", just a new underwriting company. This is the trend that will continue, companies will announce new uw companies and close old books. This is a way for them to stay competitive with all of the new competition coming to market.

What other Med Supp companies fall into the competitive premiums and good management space with NE?

It's called good management.
And they also have a couple companies under their belt.
First was New Era
Second was Philadelphia American

This is how all companies outside of the Blues and UHC do it

----------

Why has New Era been able to avoid this ?
They also highly discourage GI and even some OE business. They want the healthy people. Too bad that they get OE business and they can't avoid it. Rates will never stay low. It can't happen. People get older and stuff happens.

New Era has 3 carriers, and they have a much better business model for long term growth than most of the other carriers. They get their share of OE business, and maybe more. They are not the only carrier that discourages GI.
