Is there an advantage to working with administrators at senior communities? (ie assisted living, nursing homes or rehab centers) Is this a good place to gain leads for agents in the FE arena, or another insurance category?

You might get somewhere offering informational meetings helping people understand Medicare, Med supps, Med Advantage, the PDP, etc. A lot of people, regardless of their sophistication, don't understand all this stuff. Recently sold a wealthy business owner a med supp. He kept getting the parts (A, B, D) confused with the plans. Still not sure if he got it. Oh well, he's covered.

Just bypass the administrator and go room to room.
