New To FE - Where to go -

Bases on your post, I'd suggest that you reach out to Todd at TR King Marketing. He's got everything you need. Carriers, leads, whatever.

You're being told that you can't do it part time or over the phone but that's not exactly true. I've been doing Medicare and FE for almost 20 years now and over the phone. If I can do it then it must not be rocket science.
Thanks Rmhaire - I understand completely and appreciate your kind words. I get where guys like jdeasy are coming from. This is just a forum and we're all just text fields so it makes no sense for people to mince words. I appreciate the info on Todd King and I think I'm definitely going to check him out.

To clarify and reaffirm what I wrote (for others reading this - not directed at you rmhaire): I'm not looking to dabble part time, I have a lead / operating expense budget, and I have living reserves. Not looking to get rich quick, but I also know that on a part time basis, I can shake out a good portion of what's not useful and inoculate myself to quite a bit of what would normally shock a newby as though they were jumping into icy water. In a perfect world, F2F would be the direction I go, but last time I checked, it's not a perfect world 😅.

Also, if someone couldn't take the straight talk that jdeasy serves up, they may not be cut out for this anyways lol.

Yes, do reach out to us. We do $1M+ per month by phone. We may just be what you're looking for.

Appre

Appreciate that and I agree with a good majority of what you said. On terms of F2F - agree 100% - it's not an option living where I live in SoCal (a 5 mile drive could easily be a 15 drive....or a 45 min drive - even at midnight! This is not an exaggeration or excuse - it's just reality). I speak specifically for FE sales - also, you have to have the demographic to support F2F sales. Agree with the all in aspect for sure.
I'll 2nd this . If you work around any big city even if you travel out 40-60 miles into rural the traffic has become a huge issue . In the last 5 yrs I've seen a massive difference in getting around . If this continues you won't be able to work efficiently within 40 miles of major city's

Do you know what 20 miles is like in Phoenix? It's ain't hwy speeds. All my appts today were inside of Phoenix. Phoenix is bigger than Los Angeles.

Me, being an old school guy, get in the car, drive around, knock doors...pushing 60 years old myself...

I often wonder if these 20 somethings would even dream of it... now or in the future...

Then I see that post from Todd King up there, maybe the new set of agents are going to be 100% virtual...

I think the answer in 'no' to door knocking random doors. Mainly because we no longer live in that world. Good or bad it isn't the same any longer.

How many people do we know that do not own a cell phone? Or hasn't owned one for at least a decade or more?
