FEX Contracting Commission Levels

Are you speaking from an agent's perspective or a recruiter's perspective?

There is a difference.

But I am curious how giving agents top contract levels is bad for the industry? From an agent's perspective.
Wino he's talking from a recruiters point of view . He's talking about heavy chargeback risk in fe and needing a buffer spread than 20-30% to cover than risk

Lol. What you're saying it's hard to find young hungry face to face agents fe agents .10 yrs ago they were out there . 90% of new agents want to sit in their house and sell over the phone . Let's look at direct mail leads today vs 10 yrs ago . Postage is going up another 7% in a week . A 1000 mailer with lead concepts will be $630-$650 now . You run a no bs lead that's 1% return max. Sure you can run a $27 per lead bs $10 check lead or a 2-3% survey lead. The quality of those leads are dead beat ssi broke people . Few new agents are going to survive at 90% starting comp spending $800 or more a week for mail leads . I guess all those agents on tips and tricks are superstars . The problem with this business is everyone you included wants to make a living recruiting . On all the facebook groups it's always recruiters . My son see's me making money top heart surgeons make on my own pen and he has no desire to be in this business . The younger generation wants to recuit and manage soldiers not be soldiers.
The sky is falling!!

But only over Atlanta.

Thankfully!!

Paying $650 for a 1000 pc mailer has got to be tough to generate a profit. I didn't know LC was that expensive.

Jd few independent fe agents can make a living buying direct mail leads making 90% end of story . And fe agents will be affected by trumps new bill. About 8 mill will lose Medicaid . Many will be paying the $185 a month part b and losing snap benefits . But hell yeah they'll all still pay their policy premiums . Jd what would affect fe ? It's funny I got 2 fe type income people a week calling me saying they don't have money for food . But hell yeah they'll pay jd's policy

Yes there's still some $560 's out there . You got to understand they build in $100 a thousand profit . Cost will be about $460 a 1000 . They mail out 3rd class and return's mailed back 1st class . 10 yrs ago cost was $240-$260 . This is after the 7% rate increase next Sunday

Ok Jd let's run some examples . Age 65 $15k ns . These are all people in fair health that can only get fe simplified issue plans like 80% plus of the people we run into . No fully underwritten . Standard life and lifeshield aren't flying on 80% of fe people . I'm looking in ky . Cheapest is trans immediate solution. $79.15 a month . Aflac $81 and moo $83 . So even if you catch my policy at 9 months nobody switching for $1-$4 a month . Obviously the 2 nd yr on you can't beat . Even am am at $88 . You catch that after 12 months trans is $84 . Again nobody's switching for $4 on a 17 month old policy . Theres no cash it in or a paid up gig on this . I can go down the list age 70, 75 etc . A lot of moo , am an out there . Are you walking from these ? You got no price buster straight fe anymore . Are you saying " you're good I can't help you " . I'm assuming theY want no ad on coverage . Something tells me Jd the replacement artist is going to try to replace these

Yea I know all about the built in profit. I just didn't realized those lead vendors were charging so much. I guess I've been spoiled by the $450/1000 pc that SL has available.

I'm only going to recommend replacement when it's in their interest to do do.

That's after I have all their info. What are they paying and for how much?

What's the cash value?

What's the loan balance, if any?

WHY did you send this card in?

Now, how's your health?

And don't tell me to not write FU.

I'll decide that. I have FU skills too.

Just because you don't doesn't mean others don't.

But if I can't improve their situation based on their WHY? then I will tell them that. And I will tell them to not let anyone else tell them differently.

I get a lot business years later because I tell people that.

And you obviously don't know what companies are in Ky.

The last AmAm I replaced this week the guy had $10K for $60/mo. It wasn't terrible. He was a smoker.

His WHY was wanting to add on. IM was $86/mo for $15K. He was good with that but I had a company at $76/mo for $15K. That's where he is now.

You just don't know what you don't know.
