Finding Producers

When I was building a team I actually put a ad on Craigslist in GA and got quite a few responses.

I have had no success with Craig's list for finding producers. The best is word of mouth tell all your friends isnthe industry and somebody will know somebody. We are also looking for producers but in Florida. Good luck with your search.

It is an art to be able to find good producers. Bringing on anyone to me becomes more of headache

Finding producers is like being a basketball scout. You have to be able to evaluate talent and potential. Sometimes the best prospects turn out to be duds. Thnk Kame Brown or Darko Milicic.

Yes. You will have to sift through a lot of unqualified candidates but I did find a great producer off of craigslist.

What about Sam Bowie. He got picked before Jordan.

Bowie wasn't as big a dud as the two guys I named. However, there were two things that made it a bad choice. First, Bowie couldn't stay healthy and second, Jordan may have been the best who ever played.

I'm based in Michigan but looking for a P&C agency to place some business with in GA. I won't write tons of business, I'll be staying in Michigan mostly, but I will bring in some quality business for you.
