Five9 Predictive Dialer

No doubt that Five9 is the leader in predictive dialing by volume HOWEVER hosted dialing is pretty much the same product no matter which platform you are using. The only difference is the plat form and how they package the product. Most of the companies are using vici dialer with some form of soft phone whether its x-lite or another brand. These systems mainly run off asterisk. Fiv9 is also one of the most expensive companies to work with as well with their set up fees and long term contracts are rediculous.

I do a ton of research on these companies like mojo, safe soft, five 9, etc..... The reason I do so much research is because I also own my own hosted predictive dialer platform and we compete with these guys. My company is....

Hosted Predictive Dialer | VoIP Call Center Solution

Unlike most other companies that charge you a flat fee AND a per minute fee.....we charge just a flat fee per month per seat....NO contracts needed and NO set up fees! Just a simple flat fee ($150-$200 depending on how many seats you have) that includes all your long distance, real time DNC scrubbing, live transfer capability if your going to hire a TM, call recording and reporting, barge in, manager portal, etc.... In addition to all the great features the other leg up we have over the competition is that we are also data owners of several of the nations top databases there fore our clients always get wholesale pricing on the data for being on our system. My two companies....Best Rate Referrals and Magnalogix have made it so that you all have a one stop shop for your dialing needs.

REMEMBER....no contracts, it's all month to month, one flat fee per seat and UNLIMITED dialing, and discounted data to call on!

If you want a personal demo of our system so you can see how it works shoot me a private message and or email.

Good Luck!

I've tried call fire. callfire dot com. The cool thing about their system is it is pretty cheap. If you want to try a dialer and see how it works I found it as good as other dialers I have used. The dialer is VOIP though so I have had a few times when the callers couldn't hear me. I can go for a few hours and only spend a couple bucks. They charge by the minute and give you free minutes when you start.

I use my own phone - no head sets ness. No real time though. I'm not big on cold calling but when I get the need for leads I turn to it. If you give it a try, make sure you use 3 lines - this way the calls will bang in there much faster.

I'm done with Internet leads.

Way more choice than this one.

Are agents looking for a real-time dialer for existing lead flows that would be more of a live transfer system?

Do people have pretty good success just calling through lists of data? That sounds like it would be a pretty low converting process, unless the data was actually just aged insurance leads bought in bulk. Even then many of the people will have already gotten their new policies and may not close until months later, if ever.
