I am new to the site and trying to get familiar with all of the tools on here, I didnt even know there was an offers section. I wish I knew about this site when I got started in the business it would have helped a lot. Im more than happy to share any information that I have to help the industry stay strong. In addition to our agency we do lead generation, marketing, and software. We wanted to create a turnkey opportunity for not only our agents but other agents and their agencies. We generate our prospects the way most lead companies do, the difference is we dont sell it a million times. We then have our team of marketers that scrub our leads to verify the level of interest. Those are then transferred live on an all ring to our agents as well as outside agents. The average agent answers 5-10 of these each day. They also have access to call through the same unlimited database as our marketers do and can pull as many prospects as they want. It is not uncommon to see an agent make 150-200 dials through our system each day. The phone system is integrated into our CRM and is a click to dial which is why it makes it possible to have so many dials in a day. We have automatic emails go out to each prospect that corresponds with how the agent resulted the call. There is a continues email drip campaign with prospects in each agents pipeline. To ensure all goes as smooth as possible we have a full time tech support and back office team along with a trainer on staff. The best part is every single agent, marketer, and staff member works from home or their own personal office. We have our own agents as well as ones that use our process all over the country so location is not a barrier. With all of the tools and resources we have it still requires a motivated agent to utilize everything. The most polices written in a day by one single agent was 12 and the most annual premium was over 950k. Obviously this is not the average expectations, but the fact that it was done at least once means it can be done again. What we have seen is average sales of 1-3 per day and annual premium between 500k-600k. Im really excited to explore this some some more, Ive already learned some new things that will be helpful to my agency in the last couple of days.
