Just an update on my post; I am a happy customer right now; they've fixed all the issues I had going on and now everything is working fine for me. I will recommend them if you do need their services.

Ditto on wordpress.com, it is a great option. If you want a "flash" site you could take a look at wix.com. It's not free however.
