Need to be careful on calling aged leads.. The DNC exemption has long expired.

How long is that exemption good for after a mail in? Have any agents (not call centers) actually got in trouble for normal follow up on aged mail leads? I just have a hard time seeing that going anywhere.

Go for it, make some calls and let us know how it goes. I see you are in Florida, home of Morgan and Morgan. I see commercials here locally from them regularly looking for people who got unwanted phone calls. They aren't alone.

You may slide under the radar, or you may get popped on your very first call on an aged lead. And you probably won't even know for awhile that you got caught.
 
You would have to invest in a website, specific to your Niche.
Then write content like a blog, work on your SEO and backlinks.

That is what I am doing currently, 6 yrs in the game but new website going on 6 months and now investing time, energy and resources into this to be in control of my lead flow.

It will be time consuming but worth it in the long run.

Ask yourself how you wanna prepare yourself for 2019 and get ahead of it.
