Going Direct with Oxford Vs. IMO

That depends on how well you can manage your own business. Are you comfortable calling up the company and fixing any problems you have directly? If yes, then consider going direct, if no then you may sometimes need an upline to help you. I have 3 uplines and one I've never spoken to (except for initial contracting), and the other two on very rare occasions. And none have been needed to act as a go between to help fix any problems with my apps. Sometimes you can get a higher percentage with an upline. For me that would be the only reason to use one.

As for other attributes...an upline can help with sales advice and point you toward better lead outlets as opposed to you doing it yourself. So, again, it goes back to how much you know and how well you can work independently.

I work well independently, so I would be comfortable dealing directly with them. However, one IMO is offering 120% 1st yr...5% 2-5...1% 6-10..good first year commission but low on the 2-10. does this seem lowon the back end or is there better out there?

That's street. Oxford direct will give you that too.

It should be 2% years 6-10.

There was a time that Oxford's street level was 105%. Then they went all stupid and started offering 120%, but they slashed the backend greatly. It is what it is brother. I'm pretty sure that no one is going to offer you anything different, unless it's a lower contract.
