I would not call what PM is going to give you a decent lead setup. You do not need them to get a lead setup.

Well no lead setup is perfect right? I know I'm gonna have a hellavu time with trial and error since I'm just starting out. What might be possible is supplementing their leads with some of your methods, that way I still have the training, their assistant, and back office support ect... to give me a hand. So what is this lead system you speak of that does not require them?

Don't know if you noticed but you are replying to 5 1/2 year old post. Insuranceexec hasn't posted on the forum for over 3 years so it doubtful he is going to see your comment.
