Hi,
I am from Fremont,CA.
I am planning to take my classes for Life and Fire next month.
I have an agreement with Farmer's and it states that once I get my license I will be trained by them for a couple of months and then I will have to work on my own and get upto 40 policies, then I can go ahead and become an independent agent.
I am new to the Insurance industry, so is this a good enough deal or what should I do?
I am now employed full time as a Software Engineer. I am planning to work till I am confident enough to move out and be a full time agent.
Please let me know your thoughts.
Thanks,
Pari
