Help with Nsf Customer

Let's keep in mind that this thread was pertaining to whether or not a company will allow drafts to occur in sequence to social security deposits on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Wednesday of each month to help alleviate NSF. As we all know this is a major challenge with selling final expense and a main cause for charge backs.

CSI Life will have an E-App, and has a strong story as it is a Berkshire-Hathaway company owned by Warren Buffet.

CSI stands for what?

Central States Indemnity.

They are inline, but a little higher then some.

Better questions, how is the UW?

Send an application page pdf link for everybody if you can.
Also, do you list the RX on the ap and do they have a RX profile check?
Phone interview?

When I called CSI for an application, they declined to send, fax or email one until I was contracted. I asked how do I know if I want to be contracted until I read the application, not some marketing fluff that was offered. She replied that's the way we do it here. I imagine that is how they respond to agents in general. A red flag for me.

As you know, I don't write FE but wanted to take a look at the rates.

For a 65 yr old n/s woman, RNA is $40.91. With CSI I get $41.80.

What did I do wrong? I don't see a 20% difference rather 91 cents.

Rick

I got it off the rate shet that was posted. Maybe that rate sheet is wrong?

Although I'm sure it's purely unintentional, there's some bad info in these posts that needs to be corrected.
Its a great product backed by Berkshire Hathaway.
While CSI may be a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway (as opposed to say, Coca Cola where the just own a good sized position), I assure you it is independently incorporated, and the notion that Berkshire would risk any of it's other assets for CSI (or any of it's other companies) is absurd. CSI is a part of Berkshire Hathaway, but to say it's "backed" by them just isn't true.
...and has a strong story as it is a Berkshire-Hathaway company owned by Warren Buffet.
As a publicaly traded company, Mr. Buffett is one of many shareholders - and owners. To say he "owns" it is not correct.

I would agree, I don't deal with this type of fluff and backward style business operation. :nah:

On another unrelated point, I don't like the name of the company.
