Wondering if anyone knows which companies offer the highest commissions for guarantee issue Med Supp business in PA? How about in NJ?

I believe Manhattan is 5%.

I believe UHC is 50%

Mutual of Omaha 50%

BCBS in NJ pays 200 per app no underwriting.
