Not mad.. just concerned that more would of something would be sold when I've only waited 16 months for a password to a computer that I bought...

Update: Well shiverMeTenders... my post of the e-mail transcript was deleted, completely.

I had posted the entire interaction between me and Mr. Jolley, where I clearly placed the order and repeatedly asked for help in getting in to the operating system. I set up the VOIP account under his affiliate link and still waited another month. I asked a "by the way.. can this machine be set up to do 1 plus calling, too?" and the answer was "Yes, it sure can." Then I was put off another two times on getting the password to start the machine in predictive dialing mode, as it had been ordered.

Perhaps there was alleged to have been something proprietary in the post that was deleted, as in the links to Mr. Jolley's affiliate ordering site with Vitelity. Or perhaps I don't have the right friends in the right places.. fact is that it was 16 months of no help after buying a computer and VOIP minutes to use ViciDial as a predictive dialing platform for my employee back then in 2011, as the e-mail clearly showed.

There was no support from that point, and the machine is now in my garage. So, thanks for the offers no, but it's an old project that was originally done to that I could be a good reference. That, obviously, backfired.

Everyone has that one customer that "falls through the cracks".
I was persistent with the requests for help in getting the thing started, and could not even get the password to work on it, myself, with someone local. I kept getting put off and promises.

Luckily, I found a better deal for my office, and then negotiated an even better deal for my agents on a much more stable system than in-house, anyway. So it all worked out.. a mere $200+ education.
