This thread can be answered in a couple of ways
1. Anyone can go to DOI and see who you are appointed with
2. You tell someone at the captive company which in turn will tell someone else that might not actually like you. Rat you out and out the door you go.
3. Most captive companies required some sort of structure like meetings and quota production. If you are gone alot and not meeting production, then they might micro manage you to see that you are doing something else.
4. Takes one client to complain and the captive company might find out of the complain.
I guess thats about it on enforcement. Sometimes a captive base salary or subsidy is not worth it if your limited to what you can offer. This alone gives them the right to dictate you and have you by the family jewels......
