Some states do not list appointments. In those states it would be next to impossible for anyone to see who you're appointed with.
Scott, I am no longer sure how you do it. It use to be real easy and now I can't even find it. I think they took down their site and turned it over to SIRCON as a money making venture. You can probably check it out here if you pay $3.00:

On the Indiana DOI website, you can find name of individual or company that is licensed, but it doesn't say who you are licensed with. Just when initially licensed and when it expires.
