I wish I got paid $20 an hr. 125 an app? check. No renewals? Check. can't find another job because of releases? Check..
You can self release and be somewhere new in 90 days . You got to self release by May 31 to be somewhere new by sept 1 for aep. Since you've not looked yet thats probably no going to work . Personally I'd be interviewing new fmo's over the summer and find one but sept 1 . Then you can self release sept 1 and start greasy Jan 1 with somebody newI wish I got paid $20 an hr. 125 an app? check. No renewals? Check. can't find another job because of releases? Check..
if I somehow managed to get granted a release, what's the turn around time? I've heard self release can be up to 6 months. Still planning on how to float for however long until reassignment. You can self release and be somewhere new in 90 days . You got to self release by May 31 to be somewhere new by sept 1 for aep. I don't think so, I've had a few guys leave and get a release then go work for another company. But from what I've heard, that release depends on what boss feels about it.Do you have a non compete?
