Stupid question: Why are you ragging on Farmers? It sounds like there are some morons your dealing with, but what does that have to do with Farmers as a whole?

I still don't buy it. We have an agent telling us what a customer claims an insurance company told her. Could have just been another cracker jack agent saying that. For all we know, the person saying that could have simply misunderstood what happened. It sounds like this is a mess and it's entirely possible that there is just a lot of miscommunication going on vs anything nefarious.

It's total nefarious-ness going on (however u spell that) 
I'm ranting mainly. But I do blame the company for some of this because whenever I call (many times) I'm told that they can't help, only the agent can but they agree with me and what not....I've tried to contact the agent to sort things out but she never answers her phone and won't return my calls. Same thing with the DM.
