I need $10,000

Nice ideas JR... how many agents are you going to take on? I have 3 right now...

2 of mine are too lazy to get on the phone and spend their wives money on leads... lol I should have started them as marketers.. Very nice idea!

The part that's nice about expanding telemarketing is since the leads are exclusive you can handle a very high volume and simply get to people when you can. In theory, you could deal with 30 leads a day; call 'em, qualify 'em, dump off anyone's who's not ready to do business.

The downside is managing 3, 4, 5 telemarketers.

I'll be bringing on 2 people within the next couple of weeks. We shall see how they turn out.

What percentage of your marketers turn out to be "keepable"? I wonder if maybe my standards are too high or I have just run into some fruitcakes.. If they don't produce a minimum of 12 leads per 10 hours worked I can them... But, in my opinion, for $12/hour they should at least be doing that..

What type of information do you require your marketers to obtain?

Thee turnover is high as it the burn-out rate. I've lost great marketers in the for no real reason. They were making great money and suddenly they quit.

I think we have to understand the nature of the beast. Most of the telemarketers are doing it for extra cash. What ends up being a pain in the butt for most agents simple isn't a pain for me. I can slap up Craigslist ads in 10 minutes in 10 different cities and get 30 resumes. I can hire a marketer and if they don't work out they don't work out. I'm not out a single cent.

I traditionally have to hire 4 to find one to work out. But then I'll have to replace that person in a few months. I could honestly care less. Is no less grueling than a small business owner looking for low-wage help.

I require name, dob, tobacco status, residential zip, and email... No health qualification at all... 1.5-2 is attainable if the right amount of dials are being made..

Craigslist worked for me back in the early part of year and I know it works for others. Im sure everything will work out.

:idea:You can always send me the $2000 and I will invest it in whatever manner I see fit, provided I send you a 1 page summary about the outcome and ROI. Then I will give you the $2000 back and you can do it.
