Kansas 80yo Male NTHow are their rates, they aren't showing up on CSG yet.
Because of the way they ended ACE, I wasn't planning on using them anyway.

My contract is 10% across the board, OE, UW, Bday rule and GI. Rates though are high. Would be a hard sell. I'm out on INA.Well it looks like it's starting.
Others chime in on your state
This is for Oklahoma 65-79 underwritten business commissions cut 50%.10ish depending on contract.
79 and above looks like commision cut 1 pt.under above
Birthday Rule/GI $25 flat fee.
Will allow ACE to INA unwritten for new reduced commission.
No spouse discounts if one on ACE and one on INA
So, maybe use them only for GI.My contract is 10% across the board, OE, UW, Bday rule and GI. Rates though are high. Would be a hard sell. I'm out on INA.
I'm not sure that the client would be getting a lower premium. In any event, I certainly wouldn't be doing what's in the client's best interests. So, maybe use them only for GI.
You'd only write GI, when that's the only option(bad health).I'm not sure that the client would be getting a lower premium. In any event, I certainly wouldn't be doing what's in the client's best interests.

Oklahoma $25 for BD.
I'm afraid Blue Cross will absolutely blow up for 2026. They have stood tall and proud taking most of Oklahomas' BD rule business. At least they pay on rate increases. They usually file in October.,......we shall see.
AARP/UHC has filed for 29% on plan G with their new UHICA block.
Yeah I'm pretty sure BD rule comp in OK is 10%.I got my commission schedule as an attachment to an email on July 1. Im not sure if I got it at that time because that's when I signed the agreement, or if that's when everyone got it. But if you search your email for "AIMC" you will likely find it in there quickly.
On page 2, In the box for OK and WY, it says what your % is for your schedule, im guessing its about 10%, (or close to it), but under that it says this at the bottom...
"Compensation for Under age 65 Disability & GI (Guaranteed Issue) business will be paid at a one-time flat rate of $25"
"Compensation for Birthday Rule business pays same as standard rates. Pays on rate increases and/or attained age increases"
So I would interpret that to mean the BD business pays 10% or so. (My level is a slightly different level). I hope im not posting more than I should be on a public forum lol
