Is anyone Here a Humana Agent?

I am wondering what their onboarding process for new customers is like, and what kind of introductory materials they send out.

I am currently an agent with Humana.
I have no clue what they send out! I have heard many stories from clients. Some claim to get EVERY THING under the sun.
Some claim to get VERY LITTLE if anything.

All this online stuff is making it hard to know what is going on
