How much weight do you guys (or your customers for that matter) put on these JD Power surveys? For example, Auto Owners, State Farm, Eerie, and USAA really seem to stay at the top of the heap, while Travelers, Nationwide, and Encompass seem to not fair so well.
Does anyone ever mention this?
