I don't suppose any of you have seen what is coming down the pike in telemarketing restrictions, have you?
It seems as though the infamous "Scope of Appointment" is about to be eclipsed by a similar form required to submit a telemarketing contract.
So far, UHC has produced a detailed form that must be filled out with every conceivable twist on how a 3rd party telemarketer you want to hire must conduct their business.
Any one else see this? Any other carriers broadcast a similar directive?
