I hear these folks have a bonus program to increase your renewals based on persistency. Sounds great but how are they to work with on a daily basis? Do they have a POS interview? Are their rates and UW competitive? ---------- Nothing at all?

I believe the way it works is if your persistency is above either 70% or 75% , they double your renewal level that year.

They roll over sales convention credits year to year, if you dont qualify in any given year they roll it over to the next year.

I'm pretty sure that 110% is their street level. Unless they have changed that recently and I'm not aware of it.
