Lincoln Heritage

You misunderstood him lol. He’s saying to follow them around and replace all their biz.

Like I always wished more Lincoln agents would sell in my area. Easiest replacements in the biz. Though I’ve never run into a Senior Life policy up here in Indiana :/

Oh, I see lol. Well they way he wrote 100% reads like a pro LH comment.

There's a bounty on my head here from LH.. I;m not gonna name names but dude use to leave me threating voice mails.. Haven't heard from him in 6 months.. I kinda feel sorry that I put him out of business... Soon, hopefully, he'll go independent -

For an insurance company to have good service it’s nice, but is it really needed? The way I see it is no one will ever service my customer better than me. I tell my customers to only call me, never the company and I give my clients a parting gift with my contact Information. All get business card, pen, magnet then I email their give them a coffee mug, a deck of cards, or a note pad. This is so hey are reminded to call me first.
It is not a question giving the insured good support.. It is a matter of them giving the agent good support so the agent can give the client good service.

I have heard good and bad things about these guy, In my market they are advertising for agents all the time.

Reading every post and review about them is seems like really if you like the best of both worlds being an "Employee that makes there own schedule" then they are a good match, but if you are someone who is "Independent" and wants to do all there own stuff then they are not a good fit.

I mean they are a Captive agency which has it's benefits. But has it's disadvantages as well.
I am not captive. I am a broker. However I choose to write for Lincoln for a host of reasons. One of those reasons is because their customer service is Superior to many carriers who have been written about on this forum. Carriers that many of you use. That is just my opinion. You my friend have yours. And that is ok.

I though that LH was only captive.

nope. You can get contracted. But they have a weird system where certain Regional Managers can only appoint in certain geographical areas.

Ex. Manager in Midwest can only appoint in KS, MO, NE, AR, TX, Co.

But the Manager in let's say CA, also has rights FL. Strange system

So if you sell over the phone, no way to sell them in all states.

Think certain production numbers allows a “manager” to lock out others from a state. PA and NJ are two totally different arms of the LH octopus.
