That would be nice idea. But still have doubt, is there any more significant importance of 2 way link exchange?

Link exchanges can drive traffic to your site even if it isn't relevant. Remember that not just search engines will find your reciprocal links but visitors on other sites will see them as well. As long as a site is somehow related and the ranking algorythm determines that there is at least some relevancy, then the search engine will also place some importance on that link. How much importance can be determined by 500 different factors of the page that your link is placed on.

It's best to exchange links with sites with similar content. The best traffic is search traffic. These are folks looking for information on what you are offering. What's the point in getting a ton of traffic from people who don't want what you have? Linking to similar sites that have a higher page rank than yours will boost your rankings in the search engines.

Your home page is going to fill up with links will get in the way of your message.
Consider offering a trade of links from a page that is one click away from your home page for anyone who hasn't requested a trade yet.
I have a couple of blogs that are Page Rank 3.

Getting links is good - getting high Google PR links on Do Follow sites is where its at.
Ive got a SEO guru buddy putting together a packet - I pay him $20 bucks a month to keep the research and links flowing ... I'll keep you guys posted how it goes.
So far it looks like I can get the following tomorrow: All Do Follow

Page Rank 8--1 Website
Page Rank 7--12 Websites
Page Rank 6--7 Websites
