This bonus is absolutely horrible. It only helps a brand new agent but like everyone else is saying eventually clients move to new carriers or lapse and your bonus ends up being nothing. I think it should be if a new case is placed and stays on the books for a minimum of 6 months. Then on top there is no advance with them. Looks like I will stick to writing GR and Humana.
